Canadian Howes Geneology

My ggg grandfather was George Howes who married Eliza Bennett. They immigrated to from Ireland via New Brunswick to Daunbe Township Herkimer County New York USA ( at least we think they were there from the 1840 census) to Lennox and Addington County, Ontario Canada. My George eventually settled in Bedford Township, Frontenac County, Ontario.

George had a sister Margaret who married John Good who also traveled the same path as George (we believe may have traveled together when the immigrated) Lee's Thomas was a brother to George and Margaret. They had other siblings including Francis, Mary, Sarah and John. We believe that their parents were George Howes and Sarah Hearn (Hern or Hearns)
I have lots of info on these families that I am more than willing to share! (You may have already received the same info from Gayle Sennott as she and I are working together on the family history. She is also connected through my Goodfellow family so we have lots of connections!)

Here is an outline of the first 4 generations of my Howes family. My g grandparents are Thomas Howes and Margaret Shields. Of note further down there is a David Goodfellow who married Lucretia Howes. He is my great grandfather too. His first wife died a few days after childbirth and he remarried. His son David Goodfellow married A. Muriel Howes d/o of Thomas Howes and Margaret Shields.
